1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Voxtra ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

Voxtra is a live event Q&A platform that enables event organizers to collect, moderate, and display audience questions in real-time. The Service includes question submission forms, moderation dashboards, render-quality display overlays, embeddable widgets, and collaboration tools.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Submit, display, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or any other systems
  • Use the Service for spam, phishing, or other unsolicited communications
  • Collect or harvest any information from the Service without authorization

5. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you submit through the Service. By submitting content, you grant Voxtra a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and display that content solely for the purpose of operating the Service. Voxtra and its logos, designs, and related marks are the property of Voxtra and may not be used without prior written permission.

6. Event Organizer Responsibilities

Event organizers are responsible for moderating content submitted to their events. Organizers should review and moderate audience questions to ensure compliance with these terms and applicable laws. Voxtra is not responsible for user-generated content submitted through event forms or widgets.

7. Third-Party Widgets

The Service allows event organizers to embed widgets on third-party websites. By embedding a Voxtra widget, you agree that the widget will transmit data to Voxtra servers. Third-party website operators are responsible for disclosing the use of embedded widgets to their users.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voxtra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may also delete your account at any time.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
